Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. No international shipping is available.

2. Dispatch Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment.
• Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Other cities/towns: 5–10 working days
• Remote areas: May take up to 12 days

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges may apply depending on weight, size, and delivery location.
• Shipping charges (if any) are visible at checkout.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, natural calamities, or government restrictions. We are not responsible for such delays beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rdserviceindia.in.
• We will raise the issue with the courier partner and provide resolution or replacement as needed.
