1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled once processed and shipped.
  • Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been shipped and is placed within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for:
    • Orders canceled before RD Service Recharge and shipment.
    • Orders not delivered within 15 working days.
    • Payment deducted but order not processed (technical failure).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • No refund is applicable once the product is dispatched, used, or RD service is activated (in the case of biometric devices).
  • For physical goods (like biometric scanners), no refund will be issued if the seal is broken or the product is used.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • All biometric devices with activated RD service.
  • Software licenses or downloadable products.
