1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled once processed and shipped.
- Cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been shipped and is placed within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for:
- Orders canceled before RD Service Recharge and shipment.
- Orders not delivered within 15 working days.
- Payment deducted but order not processed (technical failure).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- No refund is applicable once the product is dispatched, used, or RD service is activated (in the case of biometric devices).
- For physical goods (like biometric scanners), no refund will be issued if the seal is broken or the product is used.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- All biometric devices with activated RD service.
- Software licenses or downloadable products.
